What cities do you provide onsite service and support?
We currently provide onsite service and support in the greater metropolitan Phoenix area including Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and Phoenix. We may be available for support outside those geographies, depending on the client's situation.

Do you offer remote and/or phone support outside your normal service geography?
Yes. We have a number of clients we provide remote services to both in and outside of our geographic service area. Through the use of current day technology we are able to perform a high percentage of our services remotely with little or no assistance from the client's location.

What do you charge?
Our current rate for onsite services is $120 per billable hour. We normally don't charge for drive time and only expect clients to pay for actual hours worked. We offer lower hourly rates for any blocks of service time extending beyond 4 contiguous hours, remote services and any extended projects that will consist of several hours/days of billable time. Read through our testimonials, do the research and compare. We offer great service for a fair price.
